Positive: The house was in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to the train station, pharmacy, 7-11, and Family Mart. Less than a 10 minute walk from a Don Quiote and about a 30 min train ride to downtown Tokyo We traveled with 5 people. The house had plenty of privacy for all of us while providing a clean and relaxing environment. The property owner was kind and welcoming and walked us through all the necessary routines to set up our stay. If I come back to the area, I would definitely re-book this property.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike. I guess if you have a long day in the city, the train home can feel long. But that's really the only complaint.

Positive: The owner was very friendly and attentive, also accommodated for our late check-in and allowed us a late check out. The house was very clean and had complete amenities, we were very satisfied with the bedrooms, toilet, shower and bathtub, heater, water heater, airconditioning, washing machine, complete kitchen set too. The location was also convenient, a short walking distance to 2 different stations which was great for us to get around with the different train lines. Also close to a convenient store and a mall.

Summary: A beautiful, homey place to stay with family or 7 people group that's complete with everything.

Positive: What I loved the most....Owner of the house and Location. She is so kind, thoughtful person and easy to talk with. I was very happy with the location as well. Lots of eating place and easy access to Motoyawata station.
